Refund policy

We accept returns for a full refund on all orders provided that:

• Return is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase
• The items are in as new condition, unworn and with no marks
• Product packaging is included and undamaged
• Proof of purchase may be required

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. We recommend you post using a tracked service as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please note also that the original shipping cost are non-refundable.

Please also note that we do not offer product exchange. If you would like to swap products please return the unwanted products and make a new purchase for the alternative product. 

If you meet the above criteria and would like to receive a refund, please contact us on contact@roadandbeach.com for information on how to proceed. Refund will be processed back on to the original payment method.
